50 Common Interview Questions
Bhuvana Sundaramoorthy shares a great list of typical questions you are likely to be asked in your next job interview together with suggestions on how to answer them. This is an excellent list also for those conducting such interviews. Notably absent from the list is the cliche question "What is your greatest weakness?" although it is noted in the comments that interviewers who ask this question do not know what they are doing.

Preparation for any interview makes sense. Having interviewed and decided who gets jobs many times in the past, I would advise your readers to remember that any question they are asked is actually based on three core questions in the interviewers' minds:
1. Can this person do thee job?
2. Will they actually do the job?
3. Will they fit in?
This little 1,2,3 will pay dividends if remembered. I liked your post.
Interview is just a process to select the right person, so have a complete study about the company as well as the job position. Internet provides an easy way to search jobs openings related for your needs.
